Commerce Prelim Finds Dumping by Thai Steel Propane Cylinder Maker SMPC (POR 2023-2024)
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Sahamitr Pressure Container Plc. sold steel propane cylinders from Thailand at less than normal value during August 1, 2023-July 31, 2024. The finding is subject to comment before final results are issued under AD case A-549-839.
