Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Solar PV Products from China and Taiwan in Sunset Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (A-570-010) and Taiwan (A-583-853) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders remain in effect following these expedited second sunset reviews.
