Commerce Initiates Circumvention Inquiry on AD Order for Mattresses from Malaysia
The U.S. Department of Commerce is launching a country-wide circumvention inquiry (Case A-557-818) to determine whether Malaysian mattress components assembled in the U.S. are circumventing the existing antidumping duty order. The inquiry was requested by a coalition of domestic mattress manufacturers and labor unions.
