Commerce Prelim, Vietnamese Frozen Fish Fillets Sold Below Normal Value in 2023-2024 Review

Commerce preliminarily finds Bien Dong Seafood and NTSF Seafoods dumped frozen fish fillets in the U.S. during August 2023-July 2024, four additional companies qualify for separate rates. The review is rescinded for 16 companies and preliminarily rescinded for 24 companies and the Vietnam-wide entity (Case A-552-801).
