Commerce Amends AD New Shipper Review Results for Vietnam Frozen Fish Fillets (Co May)

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Catfish Farmers of Am. v. United States (No. 24-00126), finding the final results of the AD new shipper review (POR Aug 2022-Jan 2023) not in harmony with Commerce's original determination. Commerce is amending final results for Co May Import-Export Company Limited under AD order A-552-801.
