Commerce Issues Final CVD Determination on Active Anode Material from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that Chinese producers and exporters of active anode material received countervailable subsidies during the 2023 POI (Jan 1-Dec 31, 2023). Case C-570-195 will proceed to ITC for injury determination before duties are imposed.
