Commerce completed the 2023-2024 administrative review (case A-583-853) and determined that EEPV Corp. did not sell crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan below normal value. The zero-margin finding may affect EEPV's antidumping duty cash deposit rate going forward.
