Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Lined Paper from India Below Normal Value (POR 2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain lined paper products from India were sold in the U.S. below normal value during September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 (case A-533-843). Commerce is also partially rescinding the review for select companies, interested parties may submit comments.
