Commerce Finds Dutch Hot-Rolled Steel Sold Below Normal Value, AD Review 2023-2024

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its administrative review (case A-421-813) for the POR October 1, 2023-September 30, 2024, determining that the Dutch producer/exporter subject to review sold hot-rolled steel flat products at less than normal value. Final antidumping duty margins will be applied accordingly.
