Commerce Finals LTFV Finding on Algerian Steel Rebar (Case A-721-001)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative determination that steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Algeria is sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025. This finding advances the antidumping proceeding and will feed into any subsequent ITC injury determination before an AD order is issued.
