Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin for Hulamin on SA Aluminum Sheet (POR 2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its administrative review (A-791-825) and determined that Hulamin Operations (Pty) Ltd. did not sell common alloy aluminum sheet from South Africa at less than normal value during April 1, 2023-March 31, 2024. A zero dumping margin effectively eliminates antidumping duty liability for Hulamin for the review period.
