Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margin for Toyo Kohan in AD Review of Nickel-Plated Steel from Japan

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded its 2023-2024 administrative review (Case A-588-869) finding that Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. did not sell diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products in the U.S. at less than normal value. As the sole respondent, this zero-margin result may affect the cash deposit rate applicable to future entries.
