Commerce Issues Preliminary AD Results for Chinese Steel Racks (POR 2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that Chinese exporters sold certain steel racks and parts thereof in the U.S. below normal value during September 1, 2023-August 31, 2024 (case A-570-088). Commerce is fully rescinding the review for four companies and preliminarily rescinding for one additional company, interested parties may submit comments.
