Commerce Initiates AD Investigations on Fatty Acids from Indonesia and Malaysia

The Department of Commerce has initiated less-than-fair-value investigations (cases A-560-848 and A-557-834) on certain fatty acids imported from Indonesia and Malaysia. The investigations will determine whether these products are being sold in the U.S. at dumped prices, potentially leading to antidumping duties.
