Commerce Initiates CVD Investigations on Fatty Acids from Indonesia and Malaysia

The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated countervailing duty investigations (C-560-849, C-557-835) on certain fatty acids imported from Indonesia and Malaysia. The investigations will examine whether government subsidies in these countries are enabling below-cost exports to the U.S. market.
