Commerce Finds Italian Pasta Sold Below Normal Value in AD Review (2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that certain pasta from Italy was sold in the U.S. at less than normal value during the July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024 review period under AD case A-475-818. Final results will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
