Commerce Initiates AD Changed Circumstances Review, Interpro as Evraz Successor for LDWP from Canada

The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review (case A-122-863) to determine whether Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is the successor-in-interest to Evraz Inc. NA Canada under the existing antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from Canada. The outcome will determine whether Interpro inherits Evraz's AD duty rate.
