Commerce Issues Final CVD Determination on Steel Rebar from Algeria (Case C-721-002)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has made a final affirmative determination that countervailable subsidies were provided to Algerian producers and exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar during the January 1-December 31, 2024 POI. The case (C-721-002) will proceed toward a CVD order contingent on an affirmative ITC injury determination.
