The U.S. Department of Commerce (International Trade Administration) has issued final results in the expedited sixth sunset review of the antidumping duty finding on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC Strand) from Japan. Commerce determined that revocation of the AD finding would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels cited in the notice. The AD finding will therefore remain in place.
