The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, has issued final results of its antidumping duty administrative review for carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India, covering the period April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. The sole reviewed producer/exporter, Mangal Steel Enterprises Limited, was found not to have sold subject merchandise at less than normal value, yielding a zero dumping margin. The result may affect cash deposit rates for Mangal's future entries.
