The U.S. Department of Commerce (International Trade Administration) issued final results of the expedited fourth sunset review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam, finding that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The determination supports continuation of the existing AD order. This is the Commerce side of the five-year review process, complementing the USITC's parallel expedited review.
