The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, determined in the expedited third sunset review that revoking the countervailing duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD order therefore remains in effect. This finding complements a parallel Commerce AD sunset review and an USITC expedited sunset review of the same product.
