Commerce AD Sunset Review Final, Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks From Germany and Italy

The U.S. Department of Commerce (ITA) completed the expedited first sunset reviews of antidumping duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany (A-428-847) and Italy (A-475-840), finding that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders will therefore remain in place. This determination feeds into the USITC's companion five-year review proceeding.
