Commerce CVD Sunset Review Final, Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks From China, Germany, India & Italy

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed the expedited first sunset reviews of countervailing duty orders on forged steel fluid end blocks from China, Germany, India, and Italy (Cases C-570-116, C-428-848, C-533-894, C-475-841). Commerce found that revocation of the CVD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies, supporting continuation of the existing orders.
