Commerce Final Sunset Review, CVD Orders on NOES From China & Taiwan Maintained

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed expedited second sunset reviews of countervailing duty orders on non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from China (C-570-997) and Taiwan (C-583-852). Commerce found that revoking either order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD orders therefore remain in effect.
