The Department of Commerce completed the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea (A-580-887), finding that the POSCO single entity , comprising POSCO, POSCO International, POSCO Mobility Solution, Taechang Steel, and Winsteel , did not sell subject merchandise at less than normal value during the review period. A zero dumping margin for the sole reviewed exporter may lead to reduced or eliminated cash deposit requirements for future entries by the POSCO entity.
