The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the antidumping duty administrative review for certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (Case A-570-053), covering the period April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Commerce determined that certain producers and/or exporters sold aluminum foil at less than normal value during the review period. These results establish the final AD duty rates applicable to subject merchandise from the reviewed companies.
