Commerce Rules Thai-Produced OCTG Using Chinese Billets Covered by China AD/CVD Orders

Commerce has determined that seamless oil country tubular goods manufactured by Boly Pipe Co. in Thailand using Chinese steel billets fall within the scope of existing AD and CVD orders on OCTG from China (A-570-943, C-570-944). U.S. importers Commercial Steel Products LLC and JOL Tubular, Inc. are subject to applicable duties on these imports.
