Commerce Final AD Determination, Unwrought Palladium From Russia (A-821-840)

The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final affirmative determination that unwrought palladium from the Russian Federation is being sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV) under case A-821-840. The period of investigation covers January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025. This determination paves the way for the imposition of antidumping duties on Russian palladium imports.
