The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the antidumping duty administrative review (A-580-897) for large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Korea, covering May 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024. SeAH Steel Corporation was found to have sold subject merchandise below normal value, while Hyundai Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was found to have not dumped during the period.
