The U.S. Department of Commerce automatically initiated five-year (sunset) reviews of multiple antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders and suspended investigations, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930. The U.S. International Trade Commission is concurrently publishing its own institution notice covering the same orders. These reviews determine whether revocation of the orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, subsidization, and material injury.
