The U.S. Department of Commerce (International Trade Administration) has postponed the preliminary determination in the less-than-fair-value (antidumping) investigation of fresh mushrooms imported from Canada (case A-122-873). The postponement extends the timeline for Commerce to complete its preliminary assessment of whether Canadian mushroom exporters are selling at below-fair-value prices in the U.S. market. This is a procedural step in the AD investigation process under 19 U.S.C. 1673b.
