Commerce Affirms CVD Order on Chinese Passenger & Light Truck Tires in Sunset Review

Commerce concluded that revoking the CVD order (C-570-017) on Chinese passenger vehicle and light truck tires would likely cause continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The order remains in place following this expedited second sunset review.
