The U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, initiated less-than-fair-value (antidumping) investigations covering polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) imported from China, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, assigned case numbers A-570-227, A-580-922, A-583-882, and A-552-855. The investigations will determine whether subject merchandise is being sold in the United States at less than fair value, potentially leading to the imposition of antidumping duties. Petitions were filed triggering the statutory initiation process under 19 U.S.C. 1673.
