The U.S. Department of Commerce issued final results of the expedited first sunset review of the countervailing duty order on wood mouldings and millwork products from China (C-570-118), finding that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The order therefore remains in effect. This determination supports continued CVD protection for US domestic producers of millwork products.
