The U.S. Department of Commerce, following affirmative final determinations by both Commerce and the ITC, has issued antidumping and countervailing duty orders on temporary steel fencing imported from China (case numbers A-570-198 and C-570-199). These orders require importers to pay additional duties to offset dumping margins and Chinese government subsidies.
