The U.S. Department of Commerce issued a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of chromium trioxide from India. The period of investigation covers January 1-December 31, 2024. The final CVD determination will be aligned with the final antidumping duty determination, and interested parties may submit comments.
