The U.S. Department of Commerce issued preliminary results in the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand (A-549-822), covering February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025. Commerce preliminarily finds sales at less than normal value by subject producers/exporters, determines no shipments for certain companies, and rescinds the review for 158 companies. Interested parties may submit comments.
