Commerce Preliminary Affirmative CVD Determination, Fresh Mushrooms from Canada

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily found countervailable subsidies provided to Canadian producers and exporters of fresh mushrooms, covering the January-December 2024 investigation period (case C-122-874). The final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping duty final determination, interested parties may submit comments.
