The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a final affirmative determination that polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value (case A-552-850), covering the POI July 1-December 31, 2024. Commerce also affirmed critical circumstances, enabling potential retroactive antidumping duties on imports made up to 90 days before the preliminary determination.
