USMCA Binational Panel Review Requested on U.S. OCTG Exports to Canada

Maverick Tube Corporation filed a Request for Panel Review (case CDA-USA-2026-10.12-01) with the Canadian Section of the USMCA Secretariat on May 4, 2026, challenging a trade remedy determination on certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from the United States. The dispute will be adjudicated under USMCA Article 10.12 binational panel procedures.
