Commerce Confirms Dumping of Korean Wind Towers in AD Review 2023-2024
The U.S. Department of Commerce found that utility scale wind towers from South Korea were sold at less than normal value during the August 2023-July 2024 review period under case A-580-902. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed on subject merchandise accordingly.
