AD Order on Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel from Japan, CIT Ruling Prompts Amended Dumping Margin for Toyo Kohan

The U.S. Court of International Trade sustained Commerce's remand results in Toyo Kohan Co. v. United States, finding them not in harmony with Commerce's prior final results for the POR May 2022-April 2023. Commerce is amending the antidumping duty final results to revise the dumping margin assigned to Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd. under case A-588-869.
