Commerce Finds Kumho P&B Chemicals Dumped Acetone from South Korea in 2024-2025 Review
The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. sold acetone from South Korea at less than normal value during the March 2024-February 2025 period of review under AD case A-580-899. Final dumping margins will be used to set antidumping duty assessment rates for subject entries.
