Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on OCTG from China (A-570-943 / C-570-944)

The Department of Commerce is continuing the antidumping duty order (A-570-943) and countervailing duty order (C-570-944) on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China, following affirmative sunset review determinations by both Commerce and the USITC that revocation would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry.
