Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Crystalline Silicon PV Products from China and Taiwan

Following affirmative sunset reviews by Commerce and the ITC, antidumping duty orders on solar PV products from China (A-570-010) and Taiwan (A-583-853), and the countervailing duty order on China (C-570-011), will remain in effect. Revocation was found likely to cause continuation or recurrence of dumping, subsidies, and material injury to the U.S. industry.
