Commerce Amends AD Order on Canadian Wind Towers After CIT Sustains Remand Redetermination

Following the CIT's June 15, 2026 final judgment in Marmen Inc. v. United States (No. 20-00169), Commerce is amending its antidumping final determination and AD order covering utility scale wind towers from Canada (POI: July 2018-June 2019). The amended dumping margin applies to Marmen Inc. and Marmen Énergie Inc. as the sole individually examined respondent, and consequently revises the all-others rate.
