The Department of Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies were provided to Indian producers/exporters of Carbazole Violet Pigment 23 during the 2023 period of review (case C-533-839). Commerce is also rescinding the review in part for one company and signaling intent to rescind for a second; interested parties may submit comments.
