Commerce Allows Duty-Free CVD Entry for Moroccan Phosphate Fertilizers Under Presidential Emergency

On June 29, 2026, the President invoked Section 318(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 to authorize temporary duty-free importation of Moroccan phosphate fertilizers subject to the existing CVD order (C-714-001). Commerce is now accepting exporter/importer requests for duty-free entry under 19 CFR 358.
