Commerce Postpones AD Preliminary Determinations, Certain Fatty Acids from Indonesia and Malaysia

The Department of Commerce has postponed the preliminary determinations in the less-than-fair-value (antidumping) investigations of certain fatty acids from Indonesia (A-560-848) and Malaysia (A-557-834). The postponement extends the timeline before Commerce issues its initial AD duty rate findings in these investigations.
